Our History

Panaerobic is a distribution company specializing in silicone rubbers, resins & allied products. It was started in March 2022 We have over 30 years’ of experience in various areas in the rubber moulding and resin casting industry.

We supply a wide range of raw materials used in this industry including silicone moulding rubbers, casting materials, and the allied products and consumables that go hand in hand with the industry.

We supply the main products and can usually source products that we don’t carry in stock.

Our Team

Jim Kinman

Founder Sales and Marketing

I started in 1979 as a representative for the local office of the French chemical giant Rhone Poulenc and was appointed national sales manager for silicones. I covered the entire range of silicone products, but I soon discovered that silicone moulding was an area that fascinated me. I was sent to Lyon France for a training course and fell in love with the products.
Since then, I have been involved in moulding and casting in one way or another. I worked in the polyester industry, and the fibreglass industry but they have always been linked to the moulding industry.
I have worked with a wide range of clientele including sculptors, taxidermists, fabricators, and crafters.
My skills have been in sales, but I have a passion for sharing knowledge.

Mel Kinman

Founder and Administration

Mel comes from an engineering background and is a qualified Mechanical Engineering Technologist and has a keen mind for detail.
She had a huge career turnabout when she co-founded Panaerobic. She has successfully morphed into an accounting environment and is responsible for all office functions and sales support.
